To Love Tenderly

Updated: Nov 6, 2023

According to the Oxford Dictionary, "tender" is an adjective meaning "showing gentleness, kindness, and affection".

Tender can also be used to describe "(of a part of the body) sensitive to pain", "requiring tact or careful handling", "young, inexperienced, or vulnerable.".

A tender heart, therefore, is made of all the above.

It is gentle, kind, and affectionate. It is sensitive, requires careful handling, and is open to being vulnerable.

In short, a tender heart is a heart filled with empathy.

Here at Love With Heart | Online, I believe that empathy must first come from within.

There can be no empathy towards others if we do not first practice empathy towards ourselves.

In order to do that, we will need to be in touch with ourselves and our inner world before we can feel empathy for others.

Love Tenderly by Love With Heart | Online is a short complimentary course that will take you through a trip aboard the Tender Loving Train to kick-start your Love Tenderly journey.
